Lithuanian Post self-service system
Lithuanian Post holds more than 40% market share in Lithuania. More than 25.000 people uses LP services each day. Self-service system is very popular amongst them. Our main goal was to create a fresh looking and usable interface for self-service system.
What we did:
- Created wireframe.
- Run usability test with real users.
- Created user friendly system design.
- Prepared HTML for smooth integration.
