Lithuanian Post holds more than 40% market share in Lithuania. More than 25.000 people uses LP services each day. Self-service system is very popular amongst them. Our main goal was to create a fresh looking and usable interface for self-service system.

What we did:

  • Created wireframe.
  • Run usability test with real users.
  • Created user friendly system design. 
  • Prepared HTML for smooth integration.
